Delivery

  • Free Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. Normally arrives in 2-3 business days.
  • We  post all cards within 6-12 hours of receiving the order.
  • To avoid any potential delays we recommend ordering personalised items at least 7 business days before the special occasion.
  • All of our greeting cards are posted in 'please do not bend' hard board backed envelopes to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.

Returns

  • If your item is faulty, we may ask you to send us a photo of the damage. We can only accept returns of personalised cards if they are faulty.
  • Within one days of purchase we are happy to provide you with a refund for the faulty products. Please have your order number, delivery date and address to hand before contacting us so we can help you and respond to your query as quickly and easily as possible.

  • We aim to make the pictures a very accurate representation of the product you will receive. With that said, in certain cases, some differences may be visible due to the difference between the light display of the monitor and the way you perceive it on the physical card.
